Competition Rules

About this page
This page summarises the rules for entering our competitions. It is not the full set of rules. Every competition is subject to our Competition Terms and Conditions, and if anything here differs from them, the Terms and Conditions apply.
Our competitions are run by Legion Comps Ltd, company number 17307226, Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom (clause 1).
Who can enter
- Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over (clause 5.1).
- Not our employees, employees of our agents or suppliers who are professionally connected with the competition, or members of their immediate families or households (clause 5.1).
- You need an account on our website to enter online. You do not need one to enter for free by post. Only one account per person is allowed (clause 3.6).
- We may ask you to prove that you are eligible to enter and to claim a prize (clause 5.2).
How to enter
- Each competition runs between the opening and closing dates shown on its page. Times are London times (clause 3.1).
- Choose your entries, go to the checkout and pay, or enter for free by post (clause 3.6).
- You can enter as many times as you like, up to the competition's maximum number of entries and any limit per person. Paid and free entries share the same limit (clause 3.5).
- Entries must be received before the closing time. Late entries are disqualified (clause 3.3).
- No question needs to be answered to enter.
Free entry by post
Every competition can be entered for free by post, and a free entry has the same chance of winning as a paid one. Send each entry by first or second class post, in its own envelope, to:
Legion Comps — Free Entry, Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom
Include the competition, your full name, your address, and a contact telephone number and email address. If you have an account, use the same details as your account. The full conditions are in clause 3.11 and on our free entry page.
The draw
- The main draw picks a winner at random from all valid entries, as soon as the competition closes or sells out, and within 7 days of the closing date (clause 4.1).
- Instant win prizes are attached to entry numbers that are chosen at random and sealed before the competition opens, so they cannot be changed. If one of your entry numbers is an instant win number, you win that prize straight away (clause 4.1).
- Entry lists show entrants' names and entry numbers. You can show your entry number instead of your name in your account profile (clause 4.2).
- You can check any draw on its verification page.
Winners and prizes
- We contact winners by telephone or email as soon as practicable after the draw. If we cannot reach you, or you have not claimed the prize within 30 days of the draw, we may offer it to another entrant (clause 7.2).
- We publish the surname and county of major prize winners. Tell us before the closing date if you object (clauses 7.3 and 7.4).
- Prizes are described on each competition page. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable (clause 6.2).
- You must claim the prize yourself (clause 8.1). Delivery details are in our Help Centre.
Refunds
Entry fees are not refunded, including if you are disqualified (clause 5.5). If we cancel a competition, you will be offered a full refund of the entry fees you paid for it (clause 11.3).
