Help Centre

To enter online, first open an account on our website. Then choose the competition you wish to enter. Select your entries and go to the checkout, or follow the instructions on how to enter for free. When you have paid, your entries go into the draw and we will email you to confirm them. You do not need an account to enter for free. An entry list is published for each draw, so all entrants should check it to make sure they have been entered into the competition they entered.

Yes. Every competition can be entered for free by post, and a free entry has exactly the same chance of winning as a paid one. Send each entry separately, in its own envelope, to the address and with the details listed on our free entry page. Free entries count towards any maximum number of entries per person. Where the entry fee is less than the price of a second class stamp, each free entry earns more than one entry, and the competition page shows how many. The full conditions are in clause 3.11 of our Terms and Conditions.

The opening and closing dates of each competition are stated on the website. If we have to change either of these dates for any reason, we will update the website. We will only change the dates if we have to for reasons outside of our control.

Our competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. We do not accept entries from anyone outside the UK, as the laws for running competitions vary. Our competitions have been organised to comply with the laws of England and Wales. You cannot enter if you work for us, or work for one of our agents or suppliers and are professionally connected with the competition or how it is run, or if you are a member of the immediate family or household of anyone who does.

You can enter as many times as you wish, up to the maximum number of entries per person stated on the competition page. Your entries may also be limited if the competition reaches its maximum number of entries. Whilst this isn't gambling, we still urge you to keep it fun and not spend more than you can afford.

The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition, so your chances of winning vary from competition to competition. For example, if entries are capped at 3,000 and you have 1 entry, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 3,000. With 10 entries in the same competition, your chances will be no worse than 1 in 300. We say “no worse than” because a competition may close before all of its entries have been sold.

No. You do not need to answer a question to enter.

All your entries are listed in your account dashboard, with their entry numbers and the competition each one is for.

All payments are processed securely by DNA Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Legion Comps never sees or stores your card details. You enter them on DNA Payments' secure hosted checkout.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Credit cards cannot be used.

We do not offer refunds of entry fees, including if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason. If we cancel a competition, we will refund the entry fees you paid for it in full. See clause 5.5 of our Terms and Conditions.

Email us at hello@legioncomps.co.uk with your order details. If a technical error has charged you twice, we will refund the duplicate payment to your original payment method once we have confirmed the error.

Check that your card details are correct and that you have enough funds. Some banks block competition purchases by default, so your bank may have declined the payment. Try contacting them, or use a different card. If the problem continues, contact us.

Some competitions have instant win prizes attached to particular entry numbers. If one of your entries has an instant win number, you win that prize straight away, with no need to wait for the main draw.

You'll see it on screen when you reveal a winning entry, and we'll email you to confirm. Your dashboard shows the win too.

Follow the instructions in your winner email to confirm your delivery address. Your dashboard shows any prize waiting to be claimed.

Yes. Winning an instant prize does not affect your other entries in the main draw. You can win both an instant prize and the main draw prize.

Every valid entry goes into the draw, paid and free alike. The winner is chosen at random from all of them as soon as the closing date is reached or every entry has been sold, whichever is sooner, and in any event within 7 days of the closing date.

Every draw has a verification page, linked from our Winners page. Before entries go on sale we publish a commitment hash that seals in the draw, and any instant win numbers, so they cannot be changed once sales begin. Before a live draw, the entry pool is frozen and its hash published, and you can download the entry list to check it.

We will notify the winner by telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details before the closing date, you must tell us. We will try to contact you using the details you have given us. If we cannot reach you, or you have not claimed the prize, within 30 days of the draw, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

Entry lists, instant win announcements and winner announcements show your name unless you turn off the public name setting in your account profile, in which case your entry number is shown instead. You can change it at any time. The entry list for a live draw is fixed when the draw is prepared, so a change made after that applies to the website but not to that list. Even if your name is hidden, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to show that we ran the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages. Even if you do not want to take part in any promotions, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have run the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

Each prize is described fully on its competition page. You can see all our current competitions here. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.

We send prizes by tracked delivery to your confirmed address in the United Kingdom, within 28 days of you confirming your claim, unless the competition page says otherwise or we agree a longer time with you. If a prize is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it, or send a substitute of equal or greater value, at no cost to you.

We use your data to run our competitions and award prizes, to keep your account secure and to meet our legal obligations. If you agree to it, we also send you marketing emails and use advertising and analytics cookies, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We only share your data with third parties where this is needed to run the competition and the website, such as our payment provider and couriers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. If you are a winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we ran the competition and awarded the prize fairly. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. If you do so before the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

Our responsible play page lets you set a spending limit or take a break from your account. Whilst our competitions aren't gambling, we urge you to keep them fun and not spend more than you can afford.

Please check your spam folder. Your dashboard also lists all your entries. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@legioncomps.co.uk.
